Cemex readymix produce an extensive range of screed products covering a wide variety of applications. All of our products are designed with the final surface finish in mind and are tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. The readyscreed floor screed range are retarded for a specific time generally 12 hours and thus remain usable for one working day. Cemex readymix also has the capability for developing bespoke and specialist products when required and our dedicated technical team are always on hand to support the specification and use of our screed range.

It can be used as ground floor slabs floating foundations used on suspended floors as a topping to lightweight screeds based on perlite or other lightweight aggregates and can also be used as a floating construction over insulation to give acoustic or thermal properties. The screed may be left as finished or floated to produce a smooth surface on which to lay the specified flooring or finish.
